All graduates of LCS are alumni, but the Alumni Association has a subscribed membership. The membership fee helps provide for a variety of services. One of the most notable is providing scholarships to graduating seniors each spring. We also support the high school booster groups, the Teacher of the Year/Decades of Excellence, and the Distinguished Alumni Award. Other needs we have are supplies, printing and postage, office stipend, rent, phone and internet costs. One of the main benefits of a subscribed membership is The Doggone News. This quarterly newsletter helps alumni keep up with classmates, friends, happenings at LCHS, as well as reunion news. Membership levels are: Basic - $15; Kennel Kaper - $30; Bark - $50; Red & Black - $125; Bulldog - $250; and Big Red Booster - $500. Your membership runs from September 1 through August 31.
